Step#1: Let us know what you want or expect from us?

First thing with working with us is to determine how you want us to help you. Share with us a few details about your idea, vision, mission, special event or cause, and goals for success.

Feel free to email with your request for a custom services quote. Send over details typed in the body of an email or in a Word document.


Step#2: Multimedia Consultation
Once you’ve shared a few details with us we will schedule a time to start a great conversation with you. Our Multimedia Consultants will talk with you about your project and present some options as to how we feel we can help you the best. Don’t worry we often have a few ways to connect the dots and do what we do best for you.


Step#3a: Production: Phase 1 / Proofing Process
After all details have been discussed and agreed upon, we go to work to create / develop a visual of what you are requesting us to create for you. (average turnaround for proofs is 72hrs)

for example, You requested a Custom Designed Logo, we provide design layouts for you to choose from. You can combine elements from various layouts and styles to narrow it down to the perfect unique look you envisioned.


Step#3b: Production: Phase 2 / Manufacturing Process

After Final proofs are approved via email (or approval form) your order goes into manufacturing,

Handling Digital Content Orders, details are emailed with instructions to download.

Handling portions of orders with Physical Products, additional details per custom products’ turnarounds and estimated delivery methods and times will be sent via email.

Step#4: Success!
You receive your new content and/or products as ordered. Now it’s time to Shine!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost to get started with my project?
Yes! We REQUIRE a 50% Deposit of the total order to get started with your project.

How fast can I get my project completed?
Every Custom Request is different based on type of content and the production of material.

What if I don’t like the art proof I received of my custom design?
Not a Problem, reply to art proof via email with details of the correction or changes you need to see. If it’s too much to type, feel free to schedule a consultation to verbally go over the details with us.

How many proofs do I get with my request?
All orders include up to 3 proofs. After the 3rd proof is not approved, there will be extra charges required in order to continue with your project.

Do you have any templates I can choose from?
No, We Custom Design more than 85% of our content for our clients and our in house content.

Can I order multiple items at a time?
Yes! Of course, just let us know if you need on one or multiple invoices

How do I submit my idea for a film or tv show?
Schedule a consultation.  

I would like to be a marketing partner. Do you offer wholesale accounts?
We appreciate your enthusiasm on wanting to be a marketing partner of Connecx Multimedia. Send us an email put “I would like to become a partner” in subject.

Will I get a tracking number on my order?
Yes! You will be sent a shipping notification e-mail that includes your UPS tracking information once your order ships.

What happens if I get a delivery that isn’t correct?
Take a photo of what you received and email it to us with your order approval date

How do I return or exchange an item I purchased?
You may return item(s) to us (at your expense), unused and in good. Once we receive items we will issue a credit for the amount of item charges. (shipping cost is not refundable)

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 7-days of us receiving your items.
